Day-1 Arrive in Tokyo

Arrive at Haneda or Narita.

Clear Biometrics and Immigrations. Pick Luggage and Meet airport representative at arrival Hall

Walk down to the Parking Area where Coach will be waiting for you.

1100Hrs: Coach will leave from airport for panoramic tour of Tokyo, photo stop at Imperial Palace East Gardens, Chiyoda-Marunochi and Tokyo Tower (Photo Stop). Lunch and later transfer to hotel.

Check-in and relax at the hotel. (Standard check-in time 1500 Hrs)

Evening enjoy a digital art exhibition at Team Labs, followed by free time at Odaiba (Statue of Liberty, Rainbow Bridge).  Dinner and later transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-2 Tokyo Full Day sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet at the Hotel Lobby and Proceed for Sightseeing in Tokyo.
Visit, Meiji Shrine and walk around Takeshita Street. Lunch. Transfer to Asakusa- Sensoji temple and Nakamise Shopping Street. Samurai – Ninja Museum visit. Evening visit Shibuya Crossing and Hachiko Statue. Free time at Shibuya, post-dinner transfer to hotel.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-3 Tokyo – Nikko – Tokyo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet at the Hotel Lobby and Proceed for Sightseeing in Tokyo.

Day-4 Tokyo-Mt Fuji visit – Hakone – Hiroshima

Handover large suitcase to hotel reception for transfer to Osaka. (Next day delivery). For Hiroshima, carry along overnight luggage.
Breakfast at hotel.
Leave for Mt Fuji Area. Arrive at Mt Fuji – 5th Station (subject to weather conditions). If the road to Mt. Fuji is not open, an alternate tour shall be offered.
Later enjoy a beautiful panoramic drive to Hakone, a hot springs resort town in Fuji. Later we will visit Owakudani and then enjoy the Pirate Hakone Cruise.
Evening bullet train transfer to Hiroshima (Train changeover in Nagoya)
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-5 Hiroshima – Osaka

Post breakfast proceed to Miyajimaguchi. Take the ferry to Miyajima Island. Then visit Itsukushima Shrine and Floating Torii Gate. Later in the afternoon visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park & Museum.  

Afternoon drive to Osaka. Upon arrival at Osaka, dinner and check-in.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-6 Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka 

After breakfast, tour Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kinkakuji Temple visit (Golden Pavilion) and visit Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, and Sagano Romantic Train. Enjoy dressing like a Japanese – Kimono Wearing Experience.

Evening return to Osaka.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-7 Osaka – Nara – Osaka

Post breakfast, enjoy a scenic train to Nara.
Upon arrival in Nara visit Tanzan Shrine, Todaiji Temple, and Nara Deer Park.
Afternoon, transfer to Osaka. Osaka Castle (Photo Stop), evening free for shopping at Umeda.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-8 Depart Osaka

Packed Breakfast. Check out from Osaka Hotel. Transfer to Kansai Airport to take a flight to your home country. At 0730 hours, the coach shall drop the guest at Kansai airport.

• Standard Check In time 1500 Hrs & Check out time 1100 Hrs. (May differ from hotel to hotel)
• Travel itinerary routing shall depend on the hotel option selected and final schedule shall be shared basis that.
• Guide shall be authorised to make change in travel itinerary if required (In case of any unforeseen situation).
• If guest are late for any reason & do not follow a timeline as set in itinerary, then we shall not be liable to cover all sightseeing places for the day and no fee refund shall be made.
• Due to bad weather or any unforeseen situation, if any sightseeing is missed, then there will be no refund / reimbursement of the money.

Cancellation Terms

• Any cancellation received after initial confirmation USD 300 Per Person shall be forfeited
• Any cancellations received post confirmation, 25% of the reservation fee shall be billed as cancellation charges
• Cancellation between 75 Days to 44 Days prior to travel – 50% of the tour fee shall be billed as cancellation fee
• Cancellations received between 45 Days to 00 Days prior to travel, 100% cancellation charge shall be applicable
• If in case of any refund, USD 75 shall be billed extra for bank transfer charges applicable in Japan
