Arrive in YYC, Calgary’s International Airport this afternoon.  Collect your bags and proceed to the shuttle desk at the airport for your pre-booked transfer by coach to the mountain resort of Banff, AB.   

With Mt. Rundle and Mt. Cascade, part of the Rocky Mountains, dominating its skyline, the resort town of Banff is by far the largest town in the Rockies. Banff features chateau style hotels, plenty of shops and dining options and a range of sightseeing and soft adventure options.

The Yoho National Park in British Columbia to the west of Banff National Park is a place loaded with stories. From the history of the Canadian railroad to Takakkaw Falls (the second-highest waterfall in Canada!), follow the trails through a park whose name means “awe” in the Cree language.  The tour includes a stop a 20-minute stop at lake Moraine (late May onwards) and will pass by the Victoria Glacier, Takakkaw Falls, Valley of Ten Peaks, Spiral Tunnels, and Yoho National Park.

At Emerald Lake we will stop for lunch (included in your tour) at the historic lodge tucked on the shores jewel-toned lake in the middle of a beautiful glacial cirque. You’ll have time to stroll and explore.

Stop times on this tour vary depending on the area. Approximately 30 minutes at Lake Louise, one hour at Emerald Lake Lodge where you can enjoy lunch. When Moraine Lake and Takkawaw Falls are not affected by seasonal road closures, the stops are 50 mins at Moraine, and one hour the Falls.

This morning, transfer on your own from your hotel in Jasper to VIA Rail Station early morning.  Transfer on your own from your hotel to the VIA RAIL Station in downtown Jasper. 

Your overnight VIA RAIL Train # 1 departs Jasper at 9:30 AM on an 800 kilometers journey past  magnificent mountain passes and rivers along the way, allowing you to soak in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and get a peek of the highest peak in Canada, Mount Robson.

You will arrive at the Pacific Central Station in Vancouver this morning at 8:00 AM.  On arrival, collect your luggage and proceed the Whistler coach boarding point at Pacific Central Station.  There is a bus departing for Whistler at 8:40 AM and in case your tarin is delayed for any reasons other departures at 12:10 PM and 3:30 PM.

The ride to Whistler takes approximately 2 hours and you will be driving on scenic Sea-to-Sky Highway on this transfer to Whistler.

On arrival, check into your hotel.  Hotel check-in begins at 4 PM.
