AZERBAIJAN – VISA REQUIREMENTS :

1. Clear Passport scan copy with validity of minimum 6 months.

●      Azerbaijan eVisa is based on Passport for eligible nationalities such as Indian, Pakistani, others can check with us.

●      Other nationalities who are not eligible must apply for a visa from the Embassy or Consulate or Visa on arrival.

For Visa on Arrival:

●      Applicants must hold valid UAE residence with minimum validity of 6 months and must be staying continuously in UAE for more than 6 months on UAE residence visa.

DAY- 1 ARRIVAL AT BAKU AIRPORT – GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK IN – GOBUSTAN & ABSHERON TOUR

• Arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport
• Meeting & greeting at the airport by our representative.
• Transfer to the hotel for Guaranteed early check in. Rest and relax at the hotel. ● Proceed for Absheron Tour
• Visiting to Ateshgah – Fire Temple
• Visiting Yanardag State Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve.
• Later, visit The Gobustan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• Next, we visit the mud volcanoes.
• Overnight at Baku.

DAY- 2 BAKU CITY TOUR 

• Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
• After breakfast, we will proceed towards the Baku city tour.
• During the city tour you will Visit Avenue of Martyrs, explore Highland Park, take a walking excursion through Old City, and to Baku Boulevard.
• Walking excursion through Nizami street.
• Overnight at Baku.

DAY- 3  TRANSFER TO SHAHDAG – GUBA & SHAHDAG TOUR – CHECK IN 

• Have a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel.
• After breakfast, check out from the hotel and embark for the transfer to Shahdag.
• Enroute you will proceed with the Quba Tour .
• We will visit the Qachrash Forest.
• Red Village is one of the most unique and culturally significant places in the Quba region.
• Upon arrival in Shahdag, check in to your room and freshen up.
• Enjoy the evening at your own pace and encounter the snow.(subject to climate).
• Overnight in Shahdag.

DAY- 4 DAY AT LEISURE AT SHAHDAG

• Start your day with breakfast at the hotel.
• Today, after breakfast you have the day at leisure to explore the mountain resort at your own pace.
• You can take a cable car ride for a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
• You can opt for the activities at an additional cost. Overnight in Shahdag.

DAY 5 – TRANSFER TO BAKU – DEPARTURE 

• Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.
• Check out from the hotel and get transferred to Baku city.
• Later, you will be dropped at the airport for your homebound flight. Departure

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

• Once confirmed, booking fees of Aed 1500 will be Non-refundable.
• Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
• 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
• Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

• The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.

• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
• Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.

• Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay.
• It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
• Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability.
