The tour cost does not include POE charges, porterage and passport charges.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.
Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menus provided by us.
Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passenger other than those included in the ‘What your Tour Price Includes’ box are to be paid for extra.

Tour will be Operational Based on minimum booking of 20 Adults.
Depending on feasibility/events, the travel itinerary flow is subject to change or reverse.
Your Passport should be valid for 06 months from the return date .
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and charges if any is not included in the package.
Hotels can ask you for a security deposit. This amount varies from hotel to hotel. You can either pay using your Credit card to hold a certain amount as a guarantee against incidentals, if incurred. Alternately a cash payment can be made on check-in as a deposit. This is basically as a security for any incidentals if incurred and released subject to payment settled at the time of check-out.
Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
Due to limited luggage space in vehicles, suitcases are unsuitable for scheduled road safaris. We recommend luggage packed in inexpensive barrel/sausage bags or soft sided bags not exceeding 20kgs and 65x46 cm.
